The experience started well when the proprietor suggested a frame in line with my thinking, then suggested a mat that was an improvement on what I had in mind.  He spent plenty of time with me discussing the choices. They completed the work when they said they would and it was a beautiful job.  I thought the price was reasonable.  I will be back.

They were excellent, and I would give them a 5 star rating. I would recommend them to others. They were very helpful and helped me choose the right frame. They did an excellent job.

We picked this particular framing shop because we wanted our irreplaceable family artwork to be handled by professionals and were sure glad we did. Although the price was on the high end we felt it was worth it and the finished products proved us right. We spent over an hour reviewing all our frame and mat options which would not have happened at a Michaels or Hobby Lobby!  The selection was huge and we found the perfect compliments to our treasures. Everything was delivered on time and was beautifully completed. We also had some ski posters matted and put in some existing frames and even those were handled like they were Rembrandts! These guys are the greatest, if you want personal treatment for your art treasures bring them here!

The owner spent over an hour with me, picking out frames and mattings for the paintings and photos.  He was very helpful, providing me with recommendations and listening to my preferences.

The mats and frames that Bob picked out completely transformed the art work. The pictures now "pop" and look so much better - I wish I'd taken before and after pictures, since the difference is so extreme.  I think Bob and Karen do more than just frame your pictures - they use their creativity to really enhance your art work. So, not only are they technically competent, they are artists as well as framers.
