 + -1 moreTerrible. The box they sent was missing a power cord and after it was finally sent, the box did not work. The tech said that it was a wiring problem, but we had earlier had a converter attached to the box without any problem. They propose to charge us for a tech to come to the house, even though we are buying new service.
