(1) I called them up and told them I wanted some shirts with my company name on them and if they knew anybody who could design me some postcards. They said that can also design the postcard and print them too. (2) They told me that they can order the shirts and have them screen printed or embro. (3) They told me to go to their website and pick out the shirts. Next, they designed the shirts with my company name on them and sent me a proof to sign and told me that they require a deposit up front in order to start the work. (4) A few days later they called me and said my shirts was in and ready. (5) while the shirts was being designed and printed they started working on my postcards and business cards. They asked me it I know what I wanted on them. I sent them my old samples, emailed them some new pictures and told them which changes I needed done. Then I found out that the person that was helping me is actually a graphic designer. Overall I am pleased with the work done and will be bringing them a sample of my updated invoices to have printed in 3-part form. Hope this helps everybody else.
