ot a single complaint. Mr. Thomey provided a timely estimate and the price was very reasonable. The installers arrived on time and installed the new floor and refinished/stained all of the floors so well that the entire first floor looks as though it were installed at the same time. Instead, 1/3 of it is brand new and 2/3 was installed 30+ years ago. Fabulous work.
I've had comments from people who have seen the floors, astounded at the beautiful job they did making it run seemlessly from the existing hardwood to the new.
