The owner is knowledgeable, but keep in mind he does not do the work. Also, I had to do all the leg work choosing the tile and fixtures. The crew he sent could not do tile work. Bathroom number 1 is not a huge room. I needed a new vanity installed and was replacing old vinyl flooring with porcelain. Vanity went in okay, but then the nightmare of tile installation began. All I can say is that it was bad. When I requested the floor tiles to be corrected they cracked my custom ordered shower pan. After 2 times trying to get the wall tile correct I gave up. I do want to mention the owner did pay me for the tile they ruined.
Description of Work: We contracted to upgrade 2 bathrooms. After 2 months of trying to get the first bathroom completed we had to cancel the contract.

Service was excellent and the project came in under budget and on time. We would definitely use TCR Home Improvements again for other projects we have in mind
Description of Work: 2nd floor master suite and 5 fixture master bathroom over existing garage.
