Suzanne Prebish

We found Suzanne because she sent a flier to our neighborhood after selling another home there. We opted in to receive monthly updates on the local market and eventually decided to use her as our listing agent. Suzanne proved her extensive knowledge about the Dorsey Hall real estate market. She also took an extra step by taking us to see other condos for sale in the neighborhood so that we could price our unit competitively. We followed her advice, and we have no doubt that it helped with our quick sale. We had two offers within two weeks, and she helped us negotiate the price up with one of the buyers after the first one balked. When we needed to find a townhome on a tight timeline, she patiently showed us more than 20 properties until we found the perfect home. As we toured each potential home, she often gave advice as if we were family. Once we found the right place, she expertly negotiated through the inspection and other aspects of the contract to fight for our bottom line when the sellers of the townhome were very difficult to negotiate with. Suzanne made us feel as though we were her only clients. Even when she faced a family emergency, she called us every day to provide updates. She was available evenings and weekends to accommodate our work schedules and constantly kept on top of activity in the market that could affect us. She also often brought paperwork to our condo so that we could save a trip to her office. Suzanne was extremely detail oriented and thorough, coordinating the many details involved with our condo sale and our townhome purchase. We were so happy to have chosen her in the end. She even took us out to lunch on the settlement date, and she sent us a bottle of wine and address stamp as a thank you.
