I texted Rich Strauss and heard back from him within a half hour that he'd be able to come on Sunday AM at about 10:00 AM. He arrived much earlier than 10, discovered the problem, and tried to leave me with a temporary fix until he could get the broken part, which he hoped would be the next day. I slept elsewhere on Sunday night and returned home at 8 AM Monday to find Rich already there, working on my compressor. He has always been dependable and capable, but this service on a weekend was more than I could have expected. Always a fair price too!

Rich is very knowledgable and skillfull. He helped us a lot in evaluating choices, and did a great job installing new heat pump and air handler on 2002.
7/26/2016 repair: Exterior compressor unit went out over night and in the morning I called Rich and caught him just before heading out. We are in the middle of a heat wave now with delay high temps at or near 100 so I know he has a packed schedule. Rich was able to stop by quick to see about identifying a broken part quickly, and getting an order in. Broken part turned out to be one he was able to fix quickly on the spot. So a very short time between my call and it being fixed, just AMAZING skill and customer service.
