Diamonds were removed from another piece and placed back in original setting, which was also repaired and resized. All work is done in this gorgeous shop; jewelry is not sent elsewhere, leaving you to cross your fingers and hope your heirloom piece actually comes back! The restored ring is absolutely beautiful; the work was very reasonably priced and the ring was ready in less time than projected. Owner/gemologist Linda Miller was a pleasure -- and fun -- to work with!

While this was simple, the owner and staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I reviewed replacing a tiger eye stone in a silver ring, and they were excellent. I will take other work there.

We were greeted by a very outgoing person. She was wonderful to work with. She DIDN'T try to sell us a thing! We looked at the settings that were on display. They were beautiful and not the cookie cutter settings that you can get at mall jewelry stores. We left "to think about it". We made an appointment with the same person and went back a week later. She gave us accurate pricing and turn around on the work. No payment/deposit was required. The work was finished in the given time and the service was fabulous. Only go here if you want a small, boutique style store with fantastic service.
