I purchased a Living Social deal on 7/19/16 to get two pieces of furniture cleaned. I scheduled an appointment for 8 am on 7/20/16. Twenty minutes before my scheduled appointment, someone named Luc called to say he wasn't coming because he was offered a larger job and could make more money. Of course i was disappointed. That is poor customer service to break an appointment to take a job you feel is more important. This was an inconvenience to me as i work everyday from 7:45 - 3;15. We rescheduled for the next day at 7 am. The tech arrived the next day at 7:11 am unprepared. he kept referring to me as "Miss Lady" several times and said he was missing a part. I would not recommend this company to anyone! I missed two mornings of work because of them and I still have to find someone to clean my sofa.

I had purchased a local deal for tile cleaning and wanted my shower grout cleaned. When the service cleaner came out he advised it needed more expensive different work. I was frustrated but wanted the work done. When it was completed, I couldn't have been happier and understood why I needed something different. The tile was all regrouted and the shower recaulked. It looks amazing. They also gave us a very reasonable quote to complete cleaning the tile floor grout in our kitchen. The work was done well, on time and we are very happy.
