Absolutely terrible experience! I paid the deposit which was fine, but when they came to do the actual cleaning it was obvious they didn’t actually clean. They wet everything but the stains were still there. They were so rude and disrespectful through the entire process. They refused to refund my deposit. I would never recommend this company. Avoid them!!

I'd had another weekly cleaning service for years, that went out of business. I found SP's in Angie's List, and they came to do the introductory cleaning. Clearly, my previous service had not been doing much of a job. Gisa's team pulled out furniture, cleaned bookshelves and books that hadn't been dusted for months, blinds, ceiling fans, moved pieces that had obviously not been touched maybe ever. What a difference! The first group of three arrived early, and Gisa came about an hour later and worked with them the rest of the time. They worked very hard, and yet were cheerful and smiling, and spoke respectfully to one another. Every room looked completely different when they left. I'll be having them every two weeks from now on. Enthusiastically recommend - worth every penny.

Excellent. Gisa came to The house a few days prior to do a consultation. The crew was punctual and they did a great job. Gisa even personally stopped by just to double check and make sure everything was done, which was great. The place was spotless I will definitely use SP's cleaning services in the future

Gisa arrived at our home and provided us with an on the spot assessment and pricing which we felt to be reasonable. The first deep cleaning was fine. Gisa was present for this cleaning. The second visit was the start of biweekly cleans and Gisa was not present. The cleaning itself was fine. However, the cleaning crew blew a fuse and notified Gisa but not us. We were away and returned to a home without power for an extended period of time. When I messaged Gisa regarding this she did not respond. It took several messages to reach her. Additionally, when power was restored every single light was on. Why? We decided to give her and her team a second chance. This cleaning was average at best. They used a dirty wet rag to clean our wood kitchen table and left the water on it. Not only was it dirty when I came home, it has permanent water marks. Stationary curtains were pulled off of the wall and the sewn hems were ripped. I immediately informed Gisa. She actually responded and I severed our contract instantly. I rated communication as poor due to the lack of communication regarding the blown fuse and difficulty reaching Gisa after the first cleaning I rated professionalism and quality the lowest possible due to the lack of care they displayed in my home.

We hired them for a monthly house cleaning service and they have been excellent. It is always pleasure to come back to a home then has been spotlessly cleaned from top to bottom.

Amazing. They did both floors of my home. Hasn't been this great in years. Having a oil furnace, they even wiped the walls down. Now having her come every 4 weeks.

Gisa and her team were amazing! Gisa came out to my house to give me an estimate and made time in her schedule for the deep clean.

Initial cleaning was really great. Gisa came with four or five other women to do the initial cleaning both at my house and my parents' house. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and they did a really great job. They flipped up sofas and vacuumed underneath and behind them, vacuumed and moved dog beds, and cleaned all the shades in our bedroom. I was pleased that Gisa said she would be with her cleaning staff each time we had the houses cleaned. Not only did it mean she would be paying close attention to her staff, but it also meant I could communicate easily if there was an issue or a question. The women worked really hard, cleaned more than they needed to (even though I said not to), and they seemed respectful of me and of my parents. They were also okay with our dogs, which was important to us.
Unfortunately, following visits were not as good as we had hoped. Gisa did not come with her staff every time (maybe once more, but mostly not), but phoned in via someone's phone to see if we needed anything. Her staff does not clean as well when she is not present. They pay attention to very odd areas but not to other more normal areas. They clean (kinda) inside our entertainment unit behind closed doors, but leave our bathroom sinks with hair in them and without cleaning the metal around the drain. Even though I repeatedly asked them NOT to clean a few rooms, they still went into those rooms and cleaned them. Some rooms got new trashcan liners, some didn't, randomly. After the initial clean, they never cleaned our kitchen sinks as well, nor did they do a good job on our cooktop. The first visit they really mopped the tile floors on our main level, but after that it was a swish and go, leaving behind dog drool that had been there when they arrived. To their credit, we pointed that out the next time they came and they mopped twice to try to clean up the drool, but then following visits they did not. They repeatedly moved items around to dust and didn't even attempt to put them back where they belonged. I could understand that on the first or second visit, but after a few visits they should be able to slow down and move things back to their places.
It's disappointing to have such a great job done on the initial clean--which of course is more expensive and takes more time--and then be left with mediocre cleanings after that. Also, it was quite frustrating to be getting a text the night before they were due to arrive telling us what time they would be coming. It was almost never the same time each visit and last minute scheduling left me having to leave my entire day open to accommodate them every visit.
I wish things had turned out differently, but I'm not planning to have them come out again.

SP's Cleaning Service did a great job. I really like what they offered. Even though my house was bigger than the deal I purchased they were willing to do the extra cleaning. They went way beyond what they needed to do and I really appreciated that.

Wonderfully. They made special effort to come before my birthday so that we could have a clean house for visitors. The team cleaned everything in the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room: floors, walls, fixtures, all surfaces. They swept, mopped, and vacuumed. We are VERY messy people with 5 cats and a toddler, so this was a huge job: They tackled everything and did a beautiful job. Highly, highly recommended!

Giza and her team arrived on time and cleaned my entire house in 2 hours and 15 minutes (total of 5 people working on the house). I gave her a quick tour of the house and her team set to work immediately. They were very courteous and professional.

All went well.  The owner of the company accompanied her team and helped clean.  They did a good job. I would use their services again.

The price is competitive but the quality of their cleaning service is very worth it.

Gisa and her team are efficient, professional, and reliable.  They always do a fantastic job cleaning our house and are flexible with scheduling when conflicts come up.  I would highly recommend them.

I am honestly amazed at the job Ghisa and her girls did this morning.  I've hired house cleaners before, and NEVER had my house cleaned as thoroughly as they did today.  They went above and beyond in my opinion - they cleaned under and behind all furniture, scrubbed blinds, cleaned WINDOWS, wiped cabinets and floor boards, cleaned our powder room (even though it wasn't in the agreement), etc.  Even though they were extremely thorough, they finished quickly because there were (i think) 5 ladies here working.  I hired them on the spot for ongoing future cleaning and am so glad to have found them!
