So far, so good. He gave us a good quote. It was a very reasonable price and he got back to us right away. He came out like ten minutes after I called him because he was in the neighborhood. It was for my homeowner's association, it wasn't for me personally so I really didn't do all of it, just a part of it. He was very professional and got back to us right away. There was good communication, he was very responsive and did the job soon after we engaged him. He did the first installment promptly. His price was better than other places.
