Extremely professional. Kept us updated via email on all aspects of the process. The crew did a great job replacing our roof. Took about a day and a half and they cleaned up the job really well (from what I've heard, that is always the biggest concern).

He was honest and responsive to my needs. Quality service.

I discovered a leak in my 20-year old roof, so I wanted to replace the shingles right away. I called Mr. Hines on Monday, he came by while my wife and I were at work the same day and I had an estimate via email the next day. His price was under that of a couple of the well-known local companies, he had been recommended by a couple of neighbors and I prefer to work with local small businesses, so we decided to work with Mr. Hines. We discussed options such as shingle upgrades, drip edges, etc and shingle colors during that week. We scheduled the work for the following week. His men arrived promptly at 7am, were very professional
and got right to work and were finished by 4pm. The men protected the shrubbery around the house and cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were here. I was happy to learn that Mr. Hines also does siding work, installs gutters, etc., so I'll definitely call him again.

The roofers came out to my house and provided a comprehensive analysis of the roof. They provided both a quote for replacement and a quote for repairing the roof, as they pointed out that the roof had several years left in it before the entire roof needed to be replaced.

The guys came out to our house, patched and repaired various parts of the house. When we offered to let them use the pool after they were done the project manager said, and quot;I'll tell them but I know my guys want to get on to the next project instead of relaxing by the pool.and quot;
