Wonderful! So helpful and it turned out perfectly!!!!

The folks from Sheldon and Sons power washed and recoated/refurbished our deck. It looks great. That also painted trim around the various features on the front of the house. We’ve used them before and didn’t actually consider anyone else for these jobs. They do an excellent job and their employees are friendly and very easy to work with. In addition, their office staff, eg schedulers, accounting, etc are also first rate. We really trust these folks and would be glad to use them again for other jobs.

Terrible. Every month I uncover new evidence of shoddy quality. This Today I realized they did not paint behind the toilets! They are truly awful. To begin with they did not include trim in the estimate and then gouged us to do the trim, estimating many more hours than were observed being spent. They did not sand or spackle a bathroom they painted that had wallpaper stripped. An even though they made a big deal about painting behind outlet covers and fixtures, we are finding they did not follow through. I made several inspections before telling them to get out in which I found they had missed whole doors. I was not going to bother and post, but I just discovered the toilets today and it was the last straw. I have pictures of the shoddy work if anyone is interested.

We have had several painters out of the years and we have never wanted any to return. All have been friendly etc. But most have been slow, which I did not totally mind, but the lines on the trim and professional finish has been sub pare. I could have done just as well. However The quality of the lines and the speed of the work performed by Sheldon & Son was very good. I could not have even come close to how quickly they worked and great the look when they were done. I had them repair and paint a bedroom from the ceiling to the walls and trip and it looked great. They also finished my 2 car garage inside, and it went from looking like a old unfinished drywall to a very nice space. Hard to believe the difference it made. I will be having them come back for other projects down the road. Also this was doing a high point of COVID-19. They kept social distancing and used mask while here on the job,

Great! These guys are truly pros in every way. On time, friendly, and keep their space clean! The painters that came to our house (there was a team of 5) were all wearing Sheldon & Sons t-shirts so I knew they were with the company, they provided detailed suggestions on how to improve the job they were hired to do, and they finished on time! Best of all, there was no paint on the grass, no paint on the rain spouts, no paint anywhere other than the side of the house!

Great. The house looked fantastic and when I needed touch-ups to happen after other contractors messed up some work, Sheldon & Sons was quick to respond and provided "service with a smile."

The painter was excellent, did great work and finished right on time. I will hire them again for other work.

I have used Sheldon & Sons on multiple occasions, and I have always been extremely pleased with their work. They are extremely neat and meticulous about what they do and about cleaning up afterward, and in fact, their work has often gone above my expectations. For example, if they find a minor problem that could not have been foreseen when they prepared their estimate, they will just go ahead and address it. If there is something more complicated, they bring it to my attention and tell me what it would cost to correct it and ask for my approval to proceed. Their workers are all polite, accommodating and unobtrusive, particularly Sam Chavez, who is also an incredibly skilled carpenter. He's been very helpful to me in developing imaginative and creative solutions to functional problems within my home. Over the years, I have had multiple contacts with Scott Sheldon, the company owner, and I have always found him to be pleasant, accommodating and responsive. Most significantly, unlike so many other contractors, I find him to have integrity and I know that he will always do the right thing if there might be a problem. Even the office staff are helpful, and someone always answers the phone. Having said all of this, I have also found their charges to be reasonable, and I know I will receive value for my money. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

The painters were punctual, professional, respectful and did a beautiful job painting our house. Completed a large area in just one day! We have since used them for more painting projects. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to have your home painted.

Very well from my stand point...for Walter's not easy. The pipe clean out was left just below the ceiling level...so Walter had to make a frame for the access panel to allow the panel to come down just enough to by pass the pipe. Then filled the rest of the hole with plaster board and plaster....never know there was anything wrong with the ceiling. I am very pleased with the results. In fact I picked this company out of the Angie's list booklet, From the time I called and spoke with Nancy ...every thing was handled like pros.... Thank you, Nancy and Walter

I felt the price was reasonable and included the cost of paint. The shutter painting took about a half a day with two coats. The guys were friendly. The indoor painting took place on a different day. A large crew came in and moved the large furniture out of the way. I felt they did a reasonable job. I was surprised how quickly they patched the cracks and then painted right over them. I always thought it took time for those things to dry. it's now been over 6 months since the job was complete and the cracks are back or the tape is bubbling where they did a repair. I am a little disappointed about that and hope they will be able to come back out and address the problem properly.

Very well. They are responsive and professional and did the planned work in excellent time. The assessment and subsequent paint work was of a very high standard. They are our go-to company for future paint work.

Mike Sheldon and his team (Shane and crew) were fantastic. They were professional, and quick. The shingles, wrap around porch, doors, window wells siding and dormers all look great.

We recently hired Sheldon & Sons to stain our entire cedar house and deck. The previous owners had put varnish on it and this had to all be stripped off first. The team from Sheldon & Sons did a fantastic job with every phase of this project from scraping, to washing, to staining. The house looks beautiful and I owe it all to Sheldon & Sons. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge. Absolutely a joy to work with!

Our experience with Sheldon & Sons was awesome. Mr. Sheldon came out and gave us our estimate. He was very thorough and explained everything we needed to know from types of paint to estimating the amount of time it would take to complete our job. The customer service was friendly and quick to respond to any questions that we sent via email. The painters were punctual and FAST! They set up, painted and cleaned up without any issues. They did such an awesome job that we quickly decided that we would use the company again for our future painting needs.

Fantastic job.  One wek from estimate to completion of job.  Have never used a professional painter before, but cannot imagine any beter service nor quality of job.  Will definitly use again if the ned arises.
