He could have sold me just about any chemical he wanted to. He knew that I was a beginner, but he gave me advice based on my pool type and some recommendations that just made sense.

They opened the pool and that night the pump broke. We called them three days in a row afterwards to try to get a repair order in. No one ever got back to us. When we called the third day I was told that we weren't even on the repair list yet and that there was a and quot;laundry listand quot; of things to take care of well before our item. We weren't even on the list yet because the guy had not had the chance to talk with the man. This company need to work on their communication skills and have more service men/women.

Took too long to get service. No water circulation for 10 days waiting for service. Fortunately no algae problems occurred. Could not use the pool during outage. The replacement went well.

We bought our house in March 2010, and opened the pool in mid May. We contacted a pool-servicing company, and a technician visited the pool while we were at work. He was very uncommunicative, and rather unprofessional in his records-keeping. After several weeks, and over $800 in service, our pool was still green. I found Pools Unlimited on Angie's List, and they have been extremely helpful. I spoke to an employee and explained the condition of my pool and filter. He listened, and then walked me through, step by step, how to get the pool on track. After buying about $150 in chemicals, the pool was greatly improved over 24 hours, and after a lot of guided maintenance, was swimable within a week. The employees at Pools Unlimited are very patient and willing to walk you through how to fix your pool.

Excellent! The crew knew what each was to do and they did it--they were efficient and thorough. I like the fact that they wear uniforms--you know who these folk are when they arrive- And they arrived within their scheduled window. They also offered suggestions for inexpensive minor tile repair that we could do ourselves!

In the past, we used another Sustain dealer. Pools Unlimited provides the same products and services at a much more reasonable price. Staff is polite and helpful - and they promptly pick up the phone!
