PARKER IRRIGATION SERVICES

I decided to go 'off the list' this time because I didn't really see many sprinkler repair companies on Angie's List, near me. I had a great experience with Parker Irrigation. He came out and did the work well. I especially liked that he took the time to put together a diagram of our system and evaluate our schedule. Also, the price was very reasonable compared with a company I used last year, but had a bad experience with.
They do service on systems they did not install, which is nice because I found another company listed here, that's near Elkridge, but they only service systems they installed.

I just updated my review to lower the rating for responsiveness and professionalism. About a week after the pipe by the house was fixed, it sprung another leak in the same place. I called 1 time and didn't get a call back, then I called and got an appointment for a Thursday afternoon at 5pm. That day there were Tornado warnings, so I didn't really expect anyone to come, but I didn't get a call or even a followup later to reschedule. I've tried again to reschedule now this week, but no response from my email. I'm discouraged to say the least.

They do very good work at a very reasonable price. They have a problem with punctuality. Several times they would schedule the work and then they wouldn't show up and wouldn't call. We would call and they would apologize and explain. Then, once the system was installed, we had a problem with one of the nozzles and my husband had to call 3 times before they called back. Then they did come out and fixed the problem but they did fix it and we are good to go. They should communicate better.
