Based upon a misdiagnosis from another company, having my refrigerator 'down' for about a month was a big inconvenience! Having talked to Mr. Appliance of Howard County's customer service, shortly thereafter, the owner of the company gave me a call personally to tell me why he felt likely I had been given a misdiagnosis to correct my problem. He gave me four other possible reasons to correct my issue and felt a service call to re-diagnose was what really was needed. The technician that was sent out gave a correct diagnosis, and shortly thereafter when the part was received another appointment was made to install the correct part. The $$ they saved me and a quick turn-around due to one of the much lessor costly parts/labor was much appreciated! I'll be quick to call them again in the future for any kind of appliance repair that might be needed,

My dryer suddenly stopped working. I listed the details of my issue on Home Advisor s website and within a minute I received a call from Mr. Appliance. The technician was at my house in the next hour and had my dryer working within an hour. The tech (Glen) was polite, personable, and experienced. He explained to me exactly what the issue was and gave me a reasonable estimate. He was fast and left the laundry room exactly as he d found it. I will definitely use Mr. Appliance again.

My oven was broken and they fixed it, so no complaints there. I didn't call any other repair company so can't judge the price. Eduardo was very pleasant and efficient; he seemed to enjoy his job!

The first tech diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The second tech, who was filling in for the first the following week, anticipated needing additional parts and ordered them in advance. He did, in fact, need them. The final cost was $8 less than the original estimate. One fluky thing was he used some lubricant he saw in our garage and I'm not sure it was the correct thing to use because the fumes were very strong for almost a week. Apart from that, I will be happy to use Mr. Appliance again.

The tech Abdollah Mahmoudi was professional, courteous and timely in his arrival, performance, and interaction.

They showed up as scheduled to diagnosis as to why my freezer was not working. Order necessary part and return as schedule on time to make the repair. The front office was very pleasant over the phone. As to the cost, I assume it was the standard going rate.

We were in a bind that our dryer stopped heating. I placed my HA requested and received a call back in less than 10 minutes. They got me on the schedule for the next day. The tech identified the issue very quickly and they had the part on hand. My dryer was back to heating in less than an hour. The owner called me to set up the appointment and was very friendly. I highly recommend them for your appliance repair.

Unfortunately the compressor was locked and it would not be reasonable to repair so we paid the $89 for the expert diagnosis and that was that.

They diagnosed my refrigerator issue quickly, and had it up and running until replacement parts were ordered. When they returned to install the parts, again quickly, and professionally. Excellent service!

We had Mr. Appliance out three times in a two month period to repair our Samsung dryer. The first repairman came out, identified the problem, and said he had to order a part. Four days later he returned without the part, but he improvised by using a wire he had around in his repair van. We were assured this would correct the problem. After calling Mr. Appliance back for a third repair to our dryer we were told that the problem was that the first repairman used a wire that was the wrong gauge. Furthermore, this wire had a plastic connector which melted on to a contact creating a fire hazard. I wanted to talk to someone at the company about this gross negligence but no one is returning my calls. In fact I found the operator to be quite rude when I asked when I could expect a return call. I will never use this company again. Buyer beware!
