Ian and Larissa were very nice to work with and professional. They seem like happy people who enjoy what they do, and they brought a positive attitude with them to the job. They cleaned the house thoroughly with non-toxic products. I was comfortable having them in my home, and the house was clean and lovely after they left.

We have had this husband-and-wife team come and clean every two weeks for the last few months. They are young, energetic, very friendly and work hard. They clean our three-story home in about 2-1/2 hours and always do a really nice job. They email the evening before they come and they are always right on time.
They bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies. When they're finished the house is clean and fresh, but not overly deodorized. We are sensitive to chemical odors so we really appreciate this.
We have dogs and a cat and they get rid of all the pet hair on the floors, furniture, carpet, and rugs. I don't know what kind of vacuum cleaner they use, but it works way better than mine! (Or maybe they just try harder!)
I've never had cleaners that I really was happy with until now. I recommend this company without reservation. I'm sure anyone who uses them will be very pleased.

I have been using McCrae Natural Cleaning Service for over two years to clean my house every two weeks. My house is a large, multi-level structure and I am a picky customer. I have been totally satisfied with the quality of service provided. Ian and Larissa McCrae, the company owners, do all of the cleaning themselves as a team and they know how to clean....really clean, not just hit the most obvious spots. They arrive promptly, work efficiently and unobtrusively, and leave everything sparkling. If a change in schedule needs to be made occasionally, they are willing to work with me to do that. They bring all necessary cleaning supplies and use green cleaning products only. My experience with this company and Ian and Larissa McCrae has been a totally positive one and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for thorough, quality cleaning by a couple who take pride in their work.
