MARYLAND CARPET CLEANING

Paul was an absolute pleasure and a true-professional.
One-man operation with a truck-mounted hot-water extraction (aka steam) cleaner.
Very experienced in carpet cleaning (almost all he does) since 1985.
Called on phone, gave approximate quote and was able to come out the next day at 10AM.
On-time.  Reviewed the work to be done and required no modifications to the verbal/phone quote.
Living, Dining, Family, Stairs, Hallway, and Four Bedrooms. Seven Bedrooms, Nine (9) Total Areas.  Whole House.
Spent approx 2 to 2.5 hours working non-stop.
Carpets were 20 years old and never cleaned (we are a no shoes house and all food stays in kitchen).
Stairs and one daughters bedroom (a lot of makeup stains) received extra attention.
Definitely could see difference in wear/dirt on stairs.
Applied Scotch-guard post-treatment standard (no extra charge).
Carpets were mostly dry by 9 PM (turned on AC and set to 73 to dehumidify better).
Overall an excellent experience (I don't have many with contractors).
I would highly recommend Paul for carpet cleaning and will use him again.

We have used this company several times and have always been impressed with how clean our dirty white wool berber carpet comes out. The house doesn't smell like cleaner or chemicals afterward and the carpet dries quickly. This time Paul fixed the mess that another carpet cleaner left behind. Very happy with the results and the price.

He was great. He was very clean, nice and hardworking. He scrubbed the floors and it looked beautiful when he was done. We spent $500. We would tell others that he we would use him again. We thought that he was great and he was the one that called us back when we left phone messages, unlike other companies. We thought that he did a very good job and the customer service was perfect. The price was more than we thought it would be.

Paul is usually the one that comes out and he always does a great job and gets all of the stains out. He is very efficient and trustworthy.

I called and left a message for cleaning. Call was returned promptly and an appointment set up for the following week. Cleaner arrived exactly on time. Estimate of time to clean was within 15 minutes of actual cleaning time. Work was very good. One spot remained after it dried. Follow-up call was made and promptly returned. Follow-up appointment to clean spot was made for the following day without any question or discussion.

They were very good and were not pushy to up-sale.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF CLEANING THE CARPETING IN FIVE ROOMS AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE. THE COMPANY WAS PROMPT AND QUITE PROFESSIONAL.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY DO GREAT WORK. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. THE WORKERS ARE VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEIR PRICING IS ALSO REASONABLE FOR THE SERVICES THAT THEY PROVIDE.
