It did not go well. We had very few showings immediately after the house was listed. I kept asking the realtor if we should lower the price. I was told for 6 weeks not to worry about it. It became increasingly difficult to get in touch with anyone in the office. I finally got a contract, which fell through. I can't say that it was completely the realtors fault but his lack of availability may have played a role. Eventually, I switched realty companies. When I relisted, I cut my price significantly. Within 3 weeks, I had 3 contracts and closed the deal 8 weeks later, November 2007.
