LeadProbe contacted me within an hour of reaching out to them and scheduled the inspection within a week of calling them. The inspector was punctual and thorough in his review and answered each of my questions along the way. I was given several firms to consider and LeadProbe was both the most competitive and responsive. The inspection was conducted in the afternoon and I had already received the report by that evening.

LeadProbe's technician, Danny, was an excellent, knowledgeable, professional service provider. He did a thorough review of our entire house, both inside and out, and provided a lot of additional information during the visit that was helpful. It took about 90 minutes for him to completely test our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. I would definitely recommend LeadProbe's services.

Neil and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable. The information we received did not impact the negotiation of the sale of the house in any way, but it gave us some piece of mind in alerting us to the areas where lead paint does exist and providing us with strategies for ensuring they don't become a problem. Neil was able to work with our sale schedule to get a same week appointment that worked for all parties. He was extremely responsive and I won't hesitate to work with him again when the need arises.

Neil the owner is very knowledgeable on lead related issues. The process took about an hour or so for my 2400 sq ft home. The results for the XRF are immediate although they check so many places it is difficult to remember. They company provides a report with all the details.
