All of the project I did with Kot Construction went very smooth. I can not express how happy I am for having such responsible and professional contractor working on my projekts. Dmitry is a dedicated person and put a lot of pride in his work. All the project stayed in budget and were completed on time. I can not thank enough to him and his crew. Thank you

It took 3 days of only a few hours a day ( we had a problem with dampness and the mud drying...) He did not mind that he had to take an extra day and come back. He was prompt, curtious and did a wonderful job for a great price that many others had bid much higher on. We will be using him in the future for our bathroom and floor refinishing.
