Description of Work: Me and my wife hired Kot Constriction(Dmitry Kovtun) for a first time for a small in house work. I was renting a single family home at that time in Rockville MD. He did a fantastic job. On Time very well priced, much cheaper than other guys I ask for estimates. Few months later me and my wife we bought our first home in Rockville and the new old house needed a lot of work. We got a very good price from the seller reducing the price by more than $60,000.00 due to the bad shape it was . So we calld Dimitry again and start working on huge progect that includes: replacing the old roof with new one,removing all old stinky carpet and instaling about 700 square feet of net cherry wood hard floors,making an additional bathroom on the second floor, demolishing and installing brand new kitchen with new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances as well as nice tiles on the kitchen floor. That all took place in March,April and May 2010. Next year 2011 we did an amazing project by adding 23x23 deck behind the house that is Nailless and freestanding construction. My last project was a Shed for my motorcycle., the size is 12x16 and looks great.b That was completed January of 2012.

Description of Work: Dmitry replaced a stud and drywall that had to be cut out to fix a crack in the foundation. He replaced the drywall made it smoothly match to the rest of the wall. He removed the molding painted the wall, painted the molding and replaced the molding - It took 3 days of only a few hours a day ( we had a problem with dampness and the mud drying...) He did not mind that he had to take an extra day and come back.
