Brent and his crew arrived on the scheduled day and time agreed upon. The entire job was handled professionally. Every person that came through our door, treated us with respect. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE FOLKS! Even sent us a follow-up e-mail, to make sure we were pleased with the finished product and offered to come back and make right, anything that we might find done incorrect! How many contractors do that? Even though we were inconvenienced by not having a kitchen for 9 days, (I made sure I told my husband we were going to have an 'indoor camping adventure') Brent and his crew worked long hours diligently, to have the project completed when promised. My husband and I even added more things for them to do; outside of the original work write up, and we added a lot! Brent and his crew only went over two days to accomplish this extra, and time consuming work. We sealed off the room, so outside of the dogs barking to let us know someone entered the kitchen, our lives were NOT turned upside down during this renovation. It was a great experience, and I'm already making a list and checking it twice for future renovation ideas for the remainder of the house... :-) Over all? This was a FANTASTIC experience! We will use them again for sure and will recommend Kluge Group to anyone who needs any sort of renovation or even new construction. They are FANTABULOUS! Brent and his crew are SO GOOD. . . I almost (remember I just said ALMOST) want to go mess up a room, just to have them back to redo it! :-)
