There was a storm and some of the house electric went off. I called Kay early in the morning and before 6pm our electricity was back on. He gets busy but is on site within 6 hours. I have used his service in the last 2 years to replace light fittings - security lights, recessed lights in the kitchen, install a 52" TV on the living room wall. His work is good quality and he cleans up after himself. He is very professional but not chatty, you won't be discussing the weather with him but he does a great job.
