I called in the morning and got an immediate return call from Jerry. I asked if we could plan for the afternoon as I was already at work. Jerry offered to call and give me an hour notice to meet the crew at the house. Talk about service! Once I got the call, I headed home and Drew and Corby (the techs) actually beat me home from work. Clearly they were already on their way but had no issue at all waiting a few minutes for me. They were both so nice and listened patiently while I explained the issue and what steps I took to troubleshoot the problem. After a thorough inspection, they did not see any immediate issues so they pulled everything apart just to be sure and cleaned it out. They waited until they were 100% positive it was continually running. After a long night of freezing temperatures in the house, it was so reassuring to have these guys take extra time with me to make sure we were set. I would absolutely use Jerry's again if needed!

I have used Jerry's for the last 20 years. They are great, have very fair prices, and tell it to me straight.  I have bought 2 air conditioners from them and they come to service my heater every year. We recently had a Mitsubishi ductless air unit installed (took about 3 hours and is worth every penny).  I very much appreciate the good service. They also try to work with you to get discounts through BGE.  Call Jerry first. You won't be disappointed.

They did a pretty good job. We have used them for years off and on whenever something big or small goes wrong with the air conditioners or heat pumps. They charged about $5500 which was exactly what they gave me as an estimate a week before.

Corby came to perform the repair and he was professional and explained every step of the way.  He was experienced and performed the repair in a timely manner.  He even offered some advice and tips having to do with other HVAC matters in my home.
This is the first time I used Jerry's Heating & A/C and I have him in my address book to use in the future.

We've been using him for quite a while, probably more than five years. He provides great service.

Jerry is the best. My family has been using Jerry's Heating and AC for years. He is always prompt and very fair. Prices are reasonable and service could not be better. He has helped me with several rental properties and he always does a great job. He is very reliable and honest.

Unfortunately, I ran completely out of heating oil and it took 4 days before a delivery from my oil company could be made. As a result the oil burner would not fire up after the oil was delivered and resetting the oil burner did not work. I called Jerry's cell phone and left an urgent message that evening since we were still without heat and the temp was going to drop to the 20's. Jerry serviced my furnace 15 months before when the pipes needed bleeding and I remembered he offered to perform routine maintenance on the furnace since bleeding the pipes didn't require much time, so I could benefit from the one hour charge. I appreciated that gesture very much and it was the reason I called him again. When I didn't hear from him, I called again in the morning and this time he answered the phone. I explained what happened and he said he could come over that morning. I was appreciative of his ability to come over so quickly. He had an empty water bottle with him and less than five minutes later, he returned with the bottle half full of liquid he bled from the oil burner valve, which resolved the issue. This time he charged for the full hour ($115). Needless to say, I'm disappointed he charged that much for 5 minutes when he was more reasonable in the past. I would probably recommend him to others but add a word of caution to that recommendation.
