My fianc wrote a detailed email describing the type of home/property we were interested in and the approximate location. He could have simply put the for sale sign in the yard but instead, chose to work with me to complete some inexpensive upgrades that will help to maximize our profit and speed up the selling process. He is always available to answer questions and give advice and help when we need it. I'm really pleased with the service and philosophy of this company.

I reside out of state. Jason would send me listings and projects that would fit my search criteria. Once a month, I travel to Maryland to visit the targeted homes. This requires a lot of time and commitment from the broker because my time is limited and Jason ensures that our time is absolutely productive.
