My fianc wrote a detailed email describing the type of home/property we were interested in and the approximate location. I reside out of state. Jason would send me listings and projects that would fit my search criteria. Once a month, I travel to Maryland to visit the targeted homes. This requires a lot of time and commitment from the broker because my time is limited and Jason ensures that our time is absolutely productive.
