I was a first time buyer and was very confused.  Also I didn't have a lot of money so was looking at a lot of short sales and foreclosures.  I made him show me a lot of houses in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.  Jack Cooper was very patient and really listened.  All my friends that met him said I was lucky to find such a good realtor.  He also provided a lot of direction and advice which I really needed.  When I asked him, he told me that his typical clients are buying and selling houses in the $600,000 range but he said he derives some joy from helping out first time home buyers like me.  He is also a lawyer.
