Everything went well.

The actual granite itself is beautiful.  The final installation was okay.  As HD subcontracts its work out to another provider, you are at the mercy of a company you are not familiar with.  In this transaction, there was a complete disconnect from Home Depot and the subcontractor.  Home Depot never seemed to know what was going on.  They misplaced/lost the original measuring order sent to them by the subcontractor,  holding the job up needlessly for 3 weeks.  Never an apology given.  Whenever a phone call was made to the HD kitchen department, the phone was never answered by anyone.  I had to go in person to get some answers on the reason for the holdup.  Day of final install, the subcontractor cracked the sink that was to go in.  As it was a special order item, it had to be ordered again, leaving us without any water in the kitchen for 2 weeks.  When I called HD customer service to get something knocked off the price for this huge inconvenience, I was given the runaround, after several back and forths, no one followed up with me.  Eventually, the sink did get installed and the whole job was complete.  I would not go back to HD for this type of service or any service quite frankly.  Their customer service is pretty much nonexistent.  In this particular store, no one knows what the other is doing.  Even the store manager was unhelpful.

The project has been poorly coordinated. They have poor customer service as well as poor workmanship.

I have been a longtime customer of Home Depot and am very disappointed by the randomness of retail attentions provided by this location. You can get a big hello from the staff, but they continue with their conversations among themselves and it seems as if the newer less experienced staff who are not in the conversation club yet are the only ones who will work with you.

I have used Home Depot and they are very good. I like the financing that Home Depot offers. I will use them again in the future.

I can't say better. It was what I was looking for.

The salespersons at the store were excellent. They told us the ins and outs of the appliances. They helped us pick out what we wanted. They were responsive and professional. They have not delivered them as yet. We have shopped at the store before and we would shop there again.

Home Depot sent a team of 3 individuals to my home, not one of them spoke English. They could only say "hello". Within 1 month of installation the front of the deck was separating, floor boards were lifting. It took Home Depot 2 weeks to make the necessary repairs. Within one year, the entire deck was bowing, more floor boards were lifting, the steps shifted. Home Depot does not sell the replacement light bulbs for the steps. I called Home Depot and was told I had to pay $75.00 for them to come to my home and assess the deck and then they would send me a written assessment for the repairs. I initiated a corporate complaint. The first responder scheduled 3 home visits and never called or showed up. I later found out he had resigned but he never changed his voice mail or terminated his Home Depot e-mail. The second responder, from the Corporate Offices in Atlanta did not return 15 voice mail messages over a 3 week period of time. She stated she was in a training class. No professionalism

THEY CAME OUT AND WORKED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY DID ALL THE THINGS THAT WE NEEDED DONE AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

I WOULDN'T BUY CARPET FROM THERE AGAIN. IT WAS A LITTLE BIT BELOW AVERAGE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN THE TIME RANGE THOUGH AND THERE WAS NO MESS LEFT OVER.

I WOULD TELL A FRIEND TO GO THERE AND CHECK OUT THEIR DOORS. THEIR PRICES AND SERVICE ARE AVERAGE. WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE DOOR THEY WERE COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

I FEEL THAT DOING BUSINESS WITH HOME DEPOT FITS MY SCHEDULE. I ORDERED THE CARPET, THEN THEY BROUGHT THE CARPET TO INSTALL IT. AFTER WALKING ON IT AWHILE, IT SEEMS "BUNCHY" IN SOME SPOTS. I'M GETTING MORE CARPET FROM THEM, SO I'LL HAVE THEM CHECK IT.

I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT GO BACK TO HOME DEPOT FOR CARPET. THERE WAS A FLAW IN THE CARPET FROM ONE END OF THE ROOM TO THE OTHER. THEY SAID IT WAS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. I CALLED THE STORE AND NO ONE WOULD RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. THIS LASTED FOR SEVEN MONTHS.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED VERY QUICKLY. THEY LEFT NO MESS FOR ME TO DEAL WITH. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL.

THE SCREEN DOOR HAS ALREADY JUMPED TRACK A FEW TIMES. THEIR PRICE WAS PRETTY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY DID. WE HAD TO STAIN THE DOOR OURSELVES, AND THERE ARE PLACES THAT WE CANNOT REACH. WE HAD TO DO A LOT OF EXTRA WORK. HOWEVER, THEY LEFT NO MESS.

THE WOMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ASSISTING ME WITH CHOOSING THE CORRECT WINDOW TREATMENT FOR MY GUEST BEDROOM.
