Dave Greenwood was great - very thorough, took the time to explain things and answer questions, etc. He was prompt for our appointment and we got the report as a PDF (including photos) the night of the inspection. (He also reviewed his draft with us in person.) They were more expensive than the others we called, but were the only ones able to schedule a Saturday inspection (and one on just two days' notice.) Our realtor was also pleased with him (which seemed valuable since she's clearly seen more inspectors than I have). Would definitely recommend.

It went great. He was very thorough and had a lot of patience answering all of our questions. You could tell he takes his job very seriously and wanted to make sure we knew what we were getting into. An electronic report was sent the same evening. Would absolutely use them again!

From the first phone call to schedule an appointment, the folks at Home Advantage were professional and pleasant to work with. We were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. Dave Greenwood arrived at the house about 15 minutes early and began inspecting the exterior. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. We scheduled him at the same time as our contractors, so they were able to look at things together, which was very helpful for our contractors. Dave's report was thorough and clear, and his manner was a great blend of professional and friendly. I never felt stupid asking him to stop and define a term he was using.

Radon testing, arrived when should have, gave report in timely manner. Professional, would use again.

I was able to schedule an appt with 1-2 days notice. Inspector was thorough, answered all questions, and gave me a summary at the end of the inspection. I got the radon test results 2 days later. Overall, I felt it was very good inspection.
