The price was right on that one. He didn’t charge me anything. He just looked at the stuff, at the links, at the chain, the stringing and everything, and he said it’s good to go. It was more like a consultation type of thing and he didn’t charge anything for that. He was upfront and honest about the whole thing. He could have easily told me that it needed stringing and charged me for that, but he didn’t do it. It was also a quick in and out thing. I would use their services again in the future.

Went in, looked at the very beautiful jewelry, talked to the owner. He listened, took the time to go through a variety of possibilities, and helped us find just the ring we were looking for. Although it is a smaller store they have an excellent selection, and take the time to find the right item.

The service was incredibly prompt; I got a call to pick up my jewelry less than a day after I dropped it off. The guy, whose name I didn't catch, listened carefully to what I wanted, and executed it very well. The repairs were great, and very reasonably priced. I had a lot of trouble even finding the repair he made to the broken chain; almost invisible. He also gave me advice on other items I needed too. I will definitely take 'Hi Ho Silver' my jewelery needing repairs again. They seem to have a broad selection of silver jewelry for sale, so I'll be back for upcoming shopping trips too! On top of that, the shop is located right in quaint, historic Ellicott City, so it's fun to visit. Just park in the lot behind the P.O. (free spaces) and walk up the stone steps to the shop, less than a block away.
