"You must have [Member Information Removed] incorrect company. We have never performed work for you. You say that we charged you an hour and a half labor to remove carpet and this NEVER occurred. Please post or submit any paid invoice you have if this actually occurred. I am 100% certain you will not be able to supply this because none of what you mention occurred with our company.
