After reading previous reviews, I opted to bring my car here and leave it for the day (rather than wait). I knew it would need 4 tires and a battery. The woman at the counter when I brought it in was friendly, helpful and professional. I was called twice during the day by the technician about 1). which model tires I wanted 2). he recommended changing the fluids and cleaning the fuel induction system, to which I agreed.
At the end of the day when I went to pick up the car, the price was about $400 higher than I expected. When you look at my charges compared to the charges previous customers paid, you will understand my feeling that the pricing was unsatisfactory. My biggest issue is that they sold me services that I did not request: Lifetime 4-wheel balancing for $67.80, Road Hazard insurance on the tires for $69.96 and a 3-year alignment program for $149.99. In addition, they charged me a $49.50 and quot;minimum diagnostic chargeand quot; plus a $24.95 and quot;check batteryand quot; charge. Since there was no labor included on the battery replacement, I get the $24.95 charge. But what is this $49.50 and quot;minimum diagnostic charge?and quot; When I'm paying over $1,000 for service on my vehicle including almost $100 for each fluid change, where does this and quot;minimum chargeand quot; come from? I would expect that all the other charges I am paying would cover this. The guy behind the counter at the end of the day was one of the technicians who was ready to leave for the day. I wasn't about to dispute the charges with him. But now I know why it cost $400 more than I expected.
I'm not a fan of being nickel and dimed or being surprised by charges for things I didn't ask for. Although they did quality work, I'll be taking my business to another (closer) Goodyear location in the future.

Very friendly and professional. I usually take my car in while my son is at preschool, and they always get it done in time for me to pick him up without worrying about being late. The waiting area is clean, with TV and coffee. There is a shopping center and an Einstein bagels across the street, so there's plenty to do while you wait for your car.
They are very good about explaining what services they recommend and why, without pressuring you to do them. They've done good work on my car, and I haven't had any and quot;mysteriousand quot; new issues crop up after leaving the shop. Their prices seem fair -- less than my dealer was estimating, but not so cheap that they would have to sacrifice quality of parts or labor.

Made an appointment to buy and mount new tires. The car was taken at the appointed time. We added installation of wiper blades to our request along with alignment. It took an extra half hour because the alignment equipment needed repair. All things considered, the work was done promptly and efficiently. We paid more to get the three year alignment policy. This included the alignment done at this appointment and any needed in the next three years. We can take the car in any time to have the alignment checked out. All personnel were professional and attentive. We will definitely return.

Everything went well but the wait was very long-3 plus hours.  Very good company but it just seemed like a very long time and I had no choice but to stay.

I had a flat tire the night before leaving on a trip. The tire couldn't be salvaged, and I needed four new tires. They were able to put the tires on when I showed up on the doorstep first thing in the morning. I was able to leave on my trip before 10 am that day.

I initially found this vendor on Angie's List. Not only were they highly rated, they were within several miles of the Honda dealership that performs most of my car service. Conveniently, these folks open early on Saturday, enabling me to arrive about 7:30 (after a routine Honda oil change). I already had already researched the tires. The vendor completed the job in under 90 minutes while I waited. It was a good job. I've had no issues.

Excellent service. Great price and a military discount to boot. Very satisfied. Wifi kept me productive at work while waiting for service to complete. Great experience!

I used to have good experience until one time. I felt really very sad. I don't think I will go back to them. He did do the work for me. May be he had a bad day but he was just not professional.

Goodyear honored the terms of the warranty (that I had other suppliers, including another Goodyear store balk at) for the brand new tires installed by the dealer who sold me the car. The terms of the installation included lifetime balance and rotation. Their price for the new top of the line Goodyear tires was highly competitive, and I received a very fair amount on the trade in. They kept their word on everything, and had the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Joe at the Goodyear store was terrific, only weak link was getting the other employee to get me checked out, he took forever, slow and unsure of himself. I had a blowout on Friday night. Called for an early Saturday appointment on Friday night. Got an appointment to replace all 4 tires at 9:30 Saturday morning. I arrived on time and they took me in immediately. The estimate was that it would take 1.5 hours. They were done in less than an hour. Competitive price. Good service. Competent and quick. All attendants were professional, and courteous. A great experience. I'll go back when the other car needs tires.

Repairs were made promptly and within the estimate. I've always had good luck here.

They are very up front. They never try to sell you more than what you need. I have been going there for about 6 years and have always had good experiences.

Great, as always. This is a very dependable place. Carl (the manager) is brilliant and takes care of every car as though it were his own. Since I have been using this car service (about 10 years), they have given me peace of mind. Having a good mechanic is as good for peace of mind as a tranquilizer...I have taken cars to Carl to check over before purchasing them too and have never gotten a lemon. I have had 2 cars go for over 300,000 miles with their care. And one was a Taurus!

I purchased the tires when they were running a buy 3 get one free special. Every 6 months they rotate my tires for free because I bought them there. They have not pressed me for additional services when I get my tires rotated either.

I use them for servicing my car and I like them because they are very good at explaining things. I feel I can trust them and I have used them in the past. They are very nice to work with and attentive to my needs.
