He told me when I brought it in that he couldn't guarantee that the stain
would come out, but he got it out completely. He was courteous and I
didn't have to wait long to get my skirt back.

The guy was really nice, friendly and everything looked really clean. In my experience when you go to dry cleaners things are dirty and it wasn't, so that was really nice. He did take a minute or two to come to the front when I came in, I don't know if he heard the bell the first time I rang it, but the clothes were ready when they said they would be and it took three days, which was fine for me since I never need same-day cleaning services. I don't know if they do that or not.

There were no problems. Clothes were cleaned in a timely manner. I would like to see a posted listing of prices.

I had trouble with some other local dry cleaners, and a friend recommended Friendly cleaners to me. That was over 5 years ago.  Ever since I started going to Friendly cleaners I have never gone anywhere else because they are great.  I have never had a problem with anything I've brought there.  I typically bring in a few bags of clothes in about one a month and they usually take 4-5 days to clean them.  Once or twice we've had an emergency where we needed my husband's suit cleaned on short notice (1 day turnaround) and they were able to accommodate us. I also bring my pillow covers and other house linens in about once a year and they do a great a job.

Had several problems over a year. Damage done to clothes. Most recent example was a hole in the sleeve of a dress shirt. The manager refused to replace the shirt, which was only 6 months old. His solution was to sew the 2 inch hole in the sleeve, which rendered the shirt unwearable to work. When challenged on the repair, he accused the customer of making the hole themselves. I no longer use this merchant.
