 + -1 moreVery bad.... Failure to provide services in a professional workmanlike manner. Failure to properly apply stain to the hardwood floor according to the manufacturer's instructions, resulting in unmatched color, sticky stain residues, milky white film finish of the varnish and delays. Failure to complete hardwood floors within an adequate time frame and quality. Extreme lack of quality in deliverables. Failure to provide and maintain a schedule for completing tasks of the project. No Shows no calls...
Description of Work: My house got flooded due fridge water dispenser failure, that damages the kitchen floor, and the dining room hardwood floor, basement drop ceiling, 1/2 bathroom dry wall, carpet, .... I hired Francisco and Son based on their daughter's recommandation, to put new dining room Hardwood floor Sanding, staining both Living room and dining room hardwood floor, so the color match ceramic tiles in kitchen and basement pluming, drywall repairs and trims, painting the dining room/ living room, trims replacing and painting basement door
