Very bad....
- Failure to provide services in a professional workmanlike manner.
- Failure to properly apply stain to the hardwood floor according to the manufacturer's instructions, resulting in unmatched color, sticky stain residues, milky white film finish of the varnish and delays.
- Failure to complete hardwood floors within an adequate time frame and quality.
- Extreme lack of quality in deliverables.
- Failure to provide and maintain a schedule for completing tasks of the project.
- No Shows no calls...
