I called a few hours before I needed a floral arrangement, and the Flower Basket said they could have it put together in that time. When I arrived for pickup, the basket was done, but the two women at the counter were attending to other clients, both of whom were coordinating significant purchases. There was at least one other person in the back, but they did not come out to help me. After waiting 10 or 15 minutes, I was serviced and quickly and cordially checked out. The bouquet was lovely. I've seen the same one offered at other area florists for about $4 more, so the price was a bargain.
