Could not have asked for better or more professional service. Timely, efficient, thorough, and took as much time as necessary to secure the entire house and interior/exterior entries. Very happy with the service, the technician, and the price. Highly recommend.

Very straightforward with the services provided and pricing available. Knowledgeable technician and customer service rep. Promptly scheduled the first treatment. So far so good. My only complaint is with Angie's List, not this company. When I entered my data and needs, Angie's List provided me 3 choices. 2 were B-rated; the only A-rated one was Eco Care. Naturally, I called them first, and fortunately, they seemed perfectly well qualified to meet my needs. But I was extremely PO'ed at Angie for not offering 3 (or more) A-rated companies, when I know for a fact , having done my due diligence, that there are plenty of them in my service area. Why are you guys promoting lesser-rated companies over the top-rated ones?

Excellent customer service!!!! Eco Care services were wonderfully assessable; they were willing to use email and text. And when they did use email and text, their professionalism and thoughtfulness showed through in writing, as well as, in the actual service. They allotted ample time for us to ask questions, had printed materials for us to read regarding the treatments/chemicals they would be using and were on time. Definitely happy with them and would recommend them to family and friends. And they gave us a small discount for finding them on Angie's List - every little bit helps!

They caught 8 of them in one week and hopefully there are no more. Not sure yet.

Excellent service, friendly technicians and fast same day service! They treated a termite infestation and placed bait stations around the house. I have used them for rodent control (mice in basement) and quarterly preventative insect prevention. I highly recommend them!

Eco Care Pest Management - I appreciate the effort that was made in trying to get a specialist out to my house the same day the call was made. They call us back to let us know their specialists were out with other jobs and they will be there next business day. They arrived prompt and was fast in treating the hornet's nest.

European Hornets made a home on my porch and Eco Care took care of the problem for me. They came the next day, were on time and very professional. Most importantly the hornets are no longer a problem. I would definitely hire them again!

I spoke with Jackie. She was very knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The technician came to my house shortly after I spoke with Jackie. He was also very knowledgeable. The ant situation is much better. I've only seen a few ants and a few flying insects since the technician came to my house to treat the situation. About two weeks after the technician came to my house to treat the ants, I found a mouse in the basement. I called Jackie. Within 30 minutes a technician came to my house and put some bait boxes in the basement and he plugged up two holes that he found on the outside of my hoise.

very pleasant and informative both the office and employee. some regular ants reappeared in kitchen. had no problem in scheduling for them to take care of that. I like features in contract will come if any problem at no extra cost

Very well. The guy was polite and informative. He showed up on time and did the work quickly. He accepted the fact that we didn’t want to sign a contract for other services and just focused on wha we wanted.

Eco Pest determined what the problem was. When the tenants doubted what I told them, Eco Pest's entomologist took the time and effort to explain it all to me and to the tenant.

Excellent service. I have a continuing contract for ant/spider outside spraying - works well because I have neither in my house!! Also, neighbors have had termite problems, so I contracted for preventive service - very much less expensive than the same service offered by a nationally known company.

Excellent. Joe, the technician, was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Answered all my questions and did a thorough job. Office was very helpful and informative when I called for initial information.

Company was very responsive to my needs and concerns. The pricing was comparable with others in the industry.

They were phenomenal. We had a problem and he dealt with it. My only problem, the guy that runs the company is awesome. They guy that came out did an overspray and left a lot of my furniture and stuff sticky. I let the owner know that and he came back and took care of it. He's just like an entomologist, he's very well educated and professional. If he says what it is, its true.

This vendor did an excellent job. I phoned around 1:45 and a technician arrived on-site before 3:30. Same day service!! The job didn't take long. He advised me to avoid the area for at least 30 minutes. If monitoring activity over the next week I should see any hornets, the vendor will apply a second treatment free of charge. Great customer service -- would absolutely hire again.

This company offered the same service as a national company, but for significantly less cost and without a hard sell.  Excellent service from Joe.  I have previous experience with this company for pest control and have always been highly satisfied.
