I found these guys on Angi and submitted a request for a quote. About 5 to 10 minutes later Ed called me and said he could be by in about 2 hours and gave me a quick quote. He showed up on time, was very fast and efficient, and my yard looks great! I usually prefer to do the work myself, but work didn't allow any time for that this week, so these guys were a huge relief. 10/10 would definitely hire again, maybe for some more landscaping work.

Since the E B team did my lawn for years, I thought of them for mulching. On 7/2/22 they came with a full team, edged first, and then spread a nice layer of shredded brown mulch and smoothed it out. The result is beautiful, the price was right, and I am grateful that Ed's team was available for this work.

I have used EB Landscaping twice now. They cut back the bamboo that our neighbor planted and was taking over our yard. They also repaired the brick on our front steps that had sunk down and capped the wood structure of the steps. Ed is honest, hard-working, and efficient. HIs prices are very reasonable. He will talk the work out with you and make suggestion. He suggested a temporary fix for our front steps that will allow them to last for a few more years, at which time I will probably have him completely replace them. I appreciated him suggesting a temporary alternative that will allow us to get a few more years out of wear out of them. They did a great job on relaying the brick to bring it up to the level of the wood supports. They were on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after. They also did a great job on the bamboo. They couldn't take it out, since it is growing from our neighbor's stand, but they cut it back, took out all the shoots springing up in our yard, and hauled it all away. Just a suggestion--Never Plant Bamboo! Overall, I would highly recommend EB Landscaping and will definitely use them again.

Service was professional and they worked hard and quickly when they arrived.

This was a two part project; redoing our flower beds and removing buried downspout and replacing with longer PVC pipe. Ed and his dad (they are a small family owned business) came out and looked at our property and offered a number of suggestions regarding landscaping look, feel, and how we could accomplish what we wanted while staying within a price point. They helped troubleshoot where our existing buried downspout was located and clearly scoped the work. They never tried to upsell or tried to convince us of things we didn’t want. They were straightforward and didn’t do any hand waving about what the costs would be. Scheduling the work probably could have been a little smoother (when exactly would the work take place was in a broad 2-3 week window) but that’s was the only issue. Regardless, summer is their busiest time. They were great to work with and I would absolutely hire them again. In fact, on their way out, our neighbor poached them for an upcoming project!

They are a local, family-owned company who did a great job at my property in Columbia. It was nice to be able to find a landscaping company that does not use illegal alien labor. That is an important criteria for me when selecting contractors to come onto my property.

Job went well, workers were polite and very efficient. Bushes grow out of control every summer, get very wide and tall. They cut them way back just like I wanted. They also hauled away an old push mower I had that was falling apart.

He came out with a couple of family members who pulled out weeds in my flower beds. He sprayed the area underneath the pine trees. He came back one more time to spray. I was charged 385.00 for weeding.

It was a pleasure working with Ed Benesch. Ed is a pretty easy-going guy, but he gets the job done and done well. He was patient with me and my wife as we struggled with our shrub selection. The mulch looks great, the new shrubs are doing well, the low spot is filled, and the grass is growing in. E B Landscaping was not our cheapest quote, but I think we made the right decision. I think the extra money spent was well worth it.

It went very well - Ed was quick, efficient and needed no reminders, he would come in every 10 days or so to cut the grass.

The charge was $395.00 and I find it expensive for 2 days of pulling and spraying of weeds. he came with some family members and they pulled the weeds and came back a week later for a day to spray the weeds.

I’ve had them for over six years and their cost is very reasonable. They are always there for us and plow our snow, as well.

The job went very well. They arrived on time; were easy to work with; the job was done professionally and to our complete satisfaction. Their pricing was extremely competitive. We would definitely use again.

Again, a spectacular job. Ed and his crew were organized, efficient and worked hard to minimize the damage to our lawn due to the big equipment that had to be used to transport the bricks, sand, 6x6's etc, from the front of the ouse to the rear. The resulting patio/walkway is beautiful; better than we expected and completes the yard. Instead of steering guests away from the backyard we are thrilled to show off the space. Quality work all the way. If you should choose this company be aware that they split their work week between lawn cutting and working on special landscaping and hardscaping projects. This was not an issue for us and the extra time to complete the work was well worth it. We are happy customers.

The work itself was of great quality (looked great) and performed effectively and efficiently. Also, the entire team was extremely courteous and professional. I would absolutely re-use them for larger scale projects in the future.

My impression of the owner (EB) at first was that he could be a bit prickly, but he warmed up and overall ended up being very nice and personable. The work was performed promptly, our walkway was installed several months ago and it's held up very well, we are pleased with the quality of the work performed. Would definitely consider hiring again.
