A great experience. Dave was patient, responsive & professional. His family has many years experience in real estate and it shows.There was never a doubt that Dave was working on our behalf and he never tried to pressure us into submitting a contract. At settlement, David and his dad provided excellent advise regarding the rent-back agreement and how to conduct the process. This was critical since the buyer's agent had much less experience at rent back agreements. Can't recommend highly enough!
