I was very pleased with their work . They were very professional and cleaned up as they worked. I will certainly use them again.

Pump failed Saturday morning and Tom repaired enough that we could flush toilets over the weekend. A permanent replacement wasn't available until Monday. Tom and Jessica were here first thing Monday morning and replaced the pump. They kept me updated and finished the job before noon. They were great. I would highly recommend Cornwell plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs.

I had used another plumber because he was on vacation. After he returned I had called him to come and fix what the other plumbing did not do. The master bath sink he removed the pipe to the wall and put in new pipe. The basin in the basement that the washer drained in was clogged. He pumped the water out and used a super plunger that had a pump on it and blew the line out.

they were clean, neat, polite. when the younger guy couldnt find the problem, he called the owner to come out. He thought he might need to remove wall but didnt want to do any cutting without the more experienced person looking. this sounds bad, but it took hours to figure out where this slow, hidden leak was from. they could have cut into the wall and missed it in several places but instead he knew there was more experience out there and called it in instead of just doing stuff that would cost me money to fix. they were clean and neat and thourough and explained all that they were doing and why.

Tom Cornwell has been our plumber for the 18 years we have lived in this house and he is terrific.
He has always suggested the least expensive way to solve a problem.

I have used them before. They do a good job and they are knowledgeable. They are also polite. They make themselves available if they have to work long days.

I paid $484 on that work. They wound up having to spend quite a few hours on that work. He was great and stayed a long time and was working all the time.

I called a couple of people in the wells and pumps category from Angie's list, and Cornwell was the lowest priced estimate by a decent margin. He answered his cell phone when I called and gave the estimate over the phone immediately. I called back the next day to schedule the work and we got on the schedule for the following afternoon. Everything went exactly as expected, and he tested my well pump when he was done to be sure that the vibration of the saw hadn't jiggled anything loose. I'm thrilled to now be able to cover my well pipe with a fake rock or other decorative accent instead of looking at a rusty steel pipe next to my patio.

We had some brown water come out of our faucets and didn't know what to do--this is the first time we've had a well. Knowing that he had done some work on our house before, I called to ask him to come out and fix it. I left a message and he responded very quickly--within the hour. He gathered more information over the phone, then explained what the problem most likely was and how to fix it. In 10 minutes, our water was clear again and at no cost! I appreciate Cornwell's honesty and helpfulness.

We lost water on Saturday night (of course). We left a message on Cornwell Plumbing answering machine. Sunday morning at 7:30 AM Tom Cornwell called and asked if he could come immediately to fix the problem. (Yes, of course.) He arrived within 20 minutes and determined that he had to pull the pump out of the well (250 feet deep) to see if there was a broken wire. He found the break and several other worn spots, repaired them all, checked the system, chlorinated the water, and replaced the pump. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. He was professional and friendly - especially since he had taken his Sunday morning to make sure we had water.
