COMPUTER'S ETC

I was tired of dealing with Dell Computers by phone and email. I checked Angies List for highly rated independent computer stores in my area. Several were listed so I stopped into Computers, etc. I gave Jack a sheet of paper with my specifications and Dell's price on it. He said he could build me a computer matching my specs (in fact, he offered some suggestions improving them)for about $200 less than Dell's price. I asked how long it would take. He said the next day! It would have taken weeks to get the machine from Dell. I agreed to have Jack build me the computer and returned the next day. It was ready as promised and has worked flawlessly since I got it. Jack was professional, pleasant, thorough and obviously knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting Computers, etc and Jack for your computer needs.

They were out right away and did a great job on my computer. They are very courteous and thorough.

This is the 3rd computer I have taken to this shop. I have found them to be very honest. (The last time they told me the motherboard was fried and it was not worth repairing). I asked if it was worth repairing my old PC or should I just have them transfer the data. They said they can diagnose the problem for $50 and he would let me know afterwards. They found that the power supply was broken and the parts would only cost $ 40. The labor was covered under the $ 50 they charged to diagnose the problem. The turn around time was only half a business day. I was quite pleased.
