corrected several mistakes made by the settlement company, AND she
provided excellent after-purchase service by defending me against the
AHS people when they tried to deny me service twice- despite my premium
full membership with them. They backed down after Rachel got through to
them.
She was my agent in late 2009, but even now, she calls me up to see
how things are and also to respond to inquiries regarding various house
services. Just this past March, she was as helpful as in 2009. I
recommend Rachel, and I hope to use her again in a few years. I fully
took advantage of Rachel's servicing, so I feel I am actually qualified
to critique her work. Trust me. (Regarding the price spent above, she
accepted normal commission, nothing unreasonable. I had to write $1
there, or it seems like I couldn't submit this review.)
