The location is convenient. They charge by the week. I pay $700 for two children.

The staff and teachers are very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. The classrooms are clean and organized and fun. My son enjoys going there and he is learning a lot. He learns new words and concepts all the time. Daily activities include songs, games, projects, toys, and outside play.
They are very good with transitioning children from one class to the next as they get older, providing time for kids to get used to the new providers and classroom and in some cases, having the same teachers move up to the new class with the group. Unlike many nearby providers, Childtime provides meals and snacks for the kids, included in the cost. It is a real time saver every day not to have to pack meals and snacks.
Childtime rarely closes--just for a day on the big holidays and only in the most severe weather. Most of the time, they are open even when other places are closed. If you need to take a week or two off, you can notify them in advance and only pay half the regular tuition (other places require you to pay the full cost to keep your spot).
As the kids get older, Childtime provides before and after care, with their own bus to take the kids to school. This means that my son won't have to change daycare when he becomes school age. They also provide private kindergarten, if the parents choose that option instead of public school kindergarten.
Another convenience is that you can pay online with a credit card or checking account or set up auto-pay.
I do wish it were less expensive, but the price is comparable to other centers. You can't expect quality care at a super low price.
I should also add that my son is learning a lot! He knows colors, shapes, some questions and answers and counting because of what his Childtime teachers teach him. I really thought he was too young to know these things, but he learns them with his friends at daycare because the teachers are very good at what they do.

We went looking for day cares in April to secure care for the fall. Did like facility. Did like the director Peggy. However we tried to register and secure a spot while Peggy was on vacation (at the beginning of May). I did hand over a check to the assistant director and team lead for the nursery but both said we are full up for infant care till august (contrary to what we were told by Peggy the week before). I expressed my nervousness of the lack of confirmation and asked if I should call Peggy back when she returned from vacation to verify a start date in the fall for my infant. They said yes call back when she returened. Made two phone calls and left messages the following week when she returned. Did not receive any call back. Finally got a hold of Peggy after two weeks and said extact opposite that I had a spot secured and was surprised of my nervousness and was told a different story from her staff -saying they told me I had had a spot secured. Due to this set of event of lack responsiveness I went with another daycare that did return my calls and secure and verify a spot for my infant in the fall.
