Fantastic customer and professional service. Dealing with the owner, Ron, was ideal in that we knew exactly what we were getting. Tech. Jessie arrived on time and ready to work. All fees were upfront and I could watch him mix the cleaners in front of me, so no short cutting. The work was detailed and when I saw what was pulled out of those carpets..... oh my! And we vacuum several times per week due to our pet's! Highly recommend this company and franchise in particular.

We always have a great experience when Ron and his Team take care of cleaning our carpets. Ron and Tim arrived on time, worked very hard, and the carpets looked great when they left. Ron offered me coupons I didn't know about and both were professional, friendly, and responsive. I liked the people, the work, and I would hire this company again.

Ron (the owner) was extremely friendly and very professional when we contacted him on the phone. He detailed everything that he thought would need to be done to clean our carpets. He also gave us a very reasonable estimate. Since we have had our carpets cleaned by Chemdry of Ellicott City before, we were very confident in what would take place. The experience we had with the Ellicott City Chem Dry team was very professional, excellent work, and responsive from start to finish. The quoted cost for the work was exactly what we paid when our technician finished the work.

Excellent job! Jake the technician was prompt, very professional, meticulous in his work and very communicative. He went out of his way to inform me of the process, spots he found that he was concerned about (but was able to remove anyway, for the most part. Graphite from a dropped, full electric pencil sharpener on a cream rug was a bit much to ask for), and what I could expect as the carpet and area rug dried. 24 hours later and the carpets look like new.

It went great. I called Ron, the owner of and told him what we needed done. Ron explained the philosophy of his company's approach and went into great detail about how the work would be done. He answered every question I had and also let me know about how we could save money by sales/specials ChemDry was offering. He was able to accommodate my schedule and promised he would contact me as soon as the work was done to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Jason, who performed the work, showed up right on time and again explained how the work would be done. He also saved us some more money by evaluating the pet stains and letting us know that they were from cat vomit, not cat urine, which would have added to the cost for treatment and removal of those kinds of stains. Jason took his time to do the work thoroughly and cleanly. He was a complete professional, checking in with us to let us know how the work was going, and making sure that we were completely satisfied and broke down all of the costs of service for us. Finally, Ron called us right after Jason was done, also to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any other questions we might have. All over, an exceptional experience with their service. We will definitely use ChemDry of Ellicott City again! They are true professionals!

Carpets look great, love the fact that they were dry in several hours rather than days. Was not as pleased with the results of the chair cleaning. When we notified ChemDry, they were out the next day to retreat the chairs, which came out great. Very pleased with their responsiveness. Technician was very courteous, called ahead when he was on his way, & arrived at the scheduled time. The treatment took about 2 hours.

Jason was a professional and did the work in a timely manner. I called in the morning and they were out 2 hours later. It was a small job, but very happy. Would recommend.

The carpet looked great until it dried. Then we saw some areas that needed more attention. When we called about it, the owner didn't hesitate to send the technician out for a re-do. On the second go-around, we were highly satisfied. The true measure of a business is how they handle issues as they come up. I highly recommend Chem Dry of Ellicott City. They deliver.

Went great from the first call to the company which was answered by a very knowledgable, friendly and energetic owner. Technician showed up right on time, calling first. They worked with our schedule. Technician did a very thorough job tackling the large project. He was here for most of the day. Excellent job. Owner called to check to see if we were satisfied. Professional and responsive.   Overall quality was very good.  After first cleaning, there were still some stains remaining in the basement.   They provided quick follow up to re-treat the area most affected by the water;  Very satisfied with final results

The service did not take long at all (we have a small house). The technician (Jason) was VERY professional and told me exactly what he was going to do before starting and how much it would cost. The owner (Ron) called me when the job was done BEFORE Jason left to make sure I was satisfied. Results look good....the real test is how it looks after a few days or weeks.
While I feel that this service was more expensive than other providers, I appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, promptness and overall level of service. This is one case where you get what you pay for!
I will use them again and recommend them.

Ron, the owner, is professional, knowledgeable,personable.  Clearly answered questions about the products and procedures.  The technician was on time, and he also was professional, knowledgeable, personable.  Was flexible and able to immediately contact Ron when I wanted to add an area rug not originally contracted.  In addition to overall excellent cleaning, he removed multiple stains I had not been able to get out  with spot cleaners.  Carpets were damp for a few hours, totally dry by next morning.  I've read that sometimes spots resurface a few days after cleaning because the cleaning did not go deeply enough, but it has been a month now and none of the spots or high traffic soil areas have reappeared.  Ron called me after service was performed to personally make sure all had gone well.   I've used Ron's services before and will again.  Happy customer!

Our technician showed up promptly, went right to work, pointed out the stained areas that he had spot-cleaned, and finished up in two hours. The rugs were spotless when he was finished. Very pleased!
