Charlotte and her entire team were very well prepared. We had multiple open houses within the first few days of listing. The house was very well marketed, and we received multiple competitive offers. We signed on a contract within five days of listing. We saw multiple houses over the next several weeks. I cannot say enough good things about Charlotte and her team. I have now completed 3 transactions with them and they are truly the best at what they do. Charlotte is knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying and selling process and you can't put a price on that kind of expertise. We bought and sold simultaneously and had several difficult situations come up during our transaction. She smoothed every single one over, without bothering me or bringing me stress, and allowed me to completely focus on family, all while bringing us top dollar for our home. Amy designed a flyer and went door to door to find us our next home and I have yet to find another realtor who will put in that kind of work to help her clients.
