Marcos was helpful beginning with the estimate for my wood floor and stairs installation. He advised me on cost effective options to complete my project and worked within my budget. The price he quoted me was fair, and even beat the other prices I had quoted that did not include everything I wanted. He was always prompt when scheduled to work, or would call if there were any scheduling conflicts. His employees were courteous and the finished the job in a reasonable time, The floors look really nice. The few issues I had were addressed timely. Only mionr complaint was they could have done a better job with the clean up.

Excellent. None of the hassles that you usually hear about with contractors. Both their price estimate and projected time required to do the job were accurate. They were neat, quiet, and respectful of my property. But best of all the floors came out beautiful. My project involved refinishing some rooms laying new hardwood in other rooms. I wanted the color to match my banister, which they were able to do flawlessly. Overall I had a fantastic experience working with them.

I recently had the old wood flooring in my kitchen replaced with new wood flooring and chose BR111 Hardwood Floors for the job. I am glad I chose BR111 for the job. Scheduling an appointment for a quote was easy and convenient. They worked around my schedule. The service was courteous with a smile and no detail was to small for them. All my questions were answered. I didn't feel like my job was to small for them. The installation was professional and top notch. I had received three quotes prior to contacting BR111 so I feel I received good value for the price with no cutting of corners.

BR111 was great! I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends. Marcos did the estimating on our job, he was very knowledgeable and offered more info and insights than the other companies we had quote the job. And he had great communication over the phone. Once some of the old vinyl floors were ripped up, I stopped by and noticed that the subfloor was rotten. I called Marcos to talk about my concerns about replacing it, and his team had already notified him earlier in the day and he already had the materials ready to go for the next day. We had our entire house done, mostly refinishing but some new floors also. The transition between old and new hardwoods is seamless! Great job!!!!!

They did a very good job refininishing the hardwood floors. The project took as much time as was planned, the price was negotiated upfront, no extra charges. The owner was available on the cell phone to answer questions. Quality of the work was good, prompt, with very little dust and they took care to protect the house from the dust.

BR111 Hardwood Floors were very professional and the quality was excellent. They installed a 30 foot stretch of hardwood in the upstairs hallway with numerous irregular shapes to be cut. They also installed a stariway with 14 steps and bannister. All work was excellent and the whole job was completed in two days from pulling the carpet to final installation. Very Satisfied.

Was very happy with the quality of the work and attention to detail. They did not rush and in fact they took extra time to find the perfect match for the wood. They took time to vacuum each day when donne. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

I'am also a contractor and this is the way work should be performed. I would like to think that my company would do as well as these guys. They were on time for the apptointment. They called to check when we would be ready to do the work. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They sanded a small area and showed us what the different stains woukld look like. We chose a stain and they completed the work. The machine they use has is dustless( I mean none). They stained and cut new trim for a little more. Well worth it. My floors are so awesome. Everybody thinks they are new. Its hard to believe they are not. Hire them. I will again.
