The appointment was made promptly, & work was good. The price was a bit lower than estimated over phone, due to deductions for unmoved heavy furniture. It took a bit longer than estimated (only one person doing it all & I do have some heavy couch & chairs), & carpet was damp for longer than I expected. They did not leave a printed invoice (but I didn't ask for one). I asked if there was any kind of warranty, & he mentioned if stains bled through within a couple of weeks, he would come back & treat them. All in all, I would use again.

The technician was actually early which was a pleasant surprise. He measured the area and provided a written estimate. He did move some of the lighter furniture to clean the carpet. The sofa and coffee table were not moved. Overall, the carpets looked better. He was very professional.
