Horrible, these people are the most unprofessional organization I have ever seen. They showed a house to a potential buyer that they should have never qualified for a loan. They gave us a move in date of 6/5/15 because the buyer wanted to get out of their apartment into the home. We had another home that we contracted that was contingent on the sale of the first house. We jumped through hoops to get a 6/5/15 closing date. Two days before closing we were told that the buyers did not have the good faith money in the bank. The lady that owned the house we were buying had her belongings on a truck headed to Florida. To make a long story short, they came back and said they could close by 6/30/15. We gave them until 5:00 pm on 6/25/15 to get a loan commitment. We were told late in the day on 6/25 that the buyer had the loan commitment. They sent us the form with conditions that they said were met. They gave our realtor a closing date of 6/30/15 and the go ahead that everything was sent to underwriting and they had clear to close. ALL OF THIS WAS A LIE! They did not send the paper work to the loan company until 6/29/15 and it never went to underwriting. We moved our belongings out of the house on 6/29/15 expecting to go to closing on 6/30/15. We went through the walk through on the new home, and the buyers of our house went through their walk through. During our walk through we were told the buyers of our house DID NOT have clear to close. THEY LIED TO US AGAIN! No closing on 6/30/15 and our belongings on a moving truck. We had to put the belongings in storage. Fortunately our loan officer was able to redo our loan commitment and we were able to buy the new home without the contingency. The sale of our existing home fell through after we terminated the contract based on unable to come to settlement and securing financing. We now own 2 homes and have to find another buyer. This caused us over a $1000 in storage fees for 4 days of storage by the moving company and countless hours of aggravation and stress. APEX REALITY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! We are filing a complaint with the MD Realtors Association and the MD Attorney General for deceitful loan practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
Description of Work: They represented the buyer for a home that we were selling. They did nothing but lie to us and our realtor throughout the whole process
