David arrived promptly and proceeded to use his two sprays in the nooks and crannies, door frame, window frame and strategic indoor/outdoor barriers. He is a true pro at this. He and the owner assured me that if the first application did not fully eradicate the ants, he would come back as part of the same work order.

We had used Annihilators in the past when we were selling our house and knew they were a great company from our experience. But our new house was inundated with hornets, wasps and yellow jacket nests. We lived with them peacefully until they started coming into the house and stung my husband multiple times. Annihilators came out very quickly and had a rough time getting to some of the nests as they were in difficult to reach places. The guy was amazing, we watched from safely inside and couldn't believe he didn't get stung. We're very thankful for their quick work and no more pests!

Termite Inspection was done on the home in Howard County.  Joseph Clark stated in his report that there was no visible evidence of previous termite treatment and no visible evidence of wood destroying insects.  The seller's of the home had previously treated the home and there was visible evidence out on the deck and other areas of the home.

When the buyers moved in and begin doing some minor renovations, they found that termites had completely damaged the main support beam and the  joists in a section of the home that is built over a crawl space with no vapor barrier.  The crawl space was obviously never checked by Annihilators.  The damage is so bad that two contractors have advised the new owners that it may be cheaper to tear down that section of the house than it would be to make the repairs needed to insure the home is structurally sound.  I WOULD NEVER USE ANNIHILATORS FOR A TERMITE INSPECTION.

Disappointing performance. Annihilators Inc of MD conducted a pest inspection for us as part of the inspection process for our home sale. The inspector, David, was very nice and professional. He notified me that the only pest evidence he found was four holes in our deck as evidence of wood bee activity. This was noted on his report as well as a recommendation for treatment, which Annihilators wrote they could perform for $160.00. The price seem high and I contacted another local pest control company and spoke with their entomologist. The entomologist quoted their price for treatment, which was less than half of $160.00. The entomologist stated that writing the finding of wood bee activity on the report was appropriate, but that recommending treatment was not. He said wood bees were not active in the Fall, at the time of the inspection, and further that if treated now it would not prevent wood bees from coming back in the Spring. However since the report recommended treatment, I was required to pay for “treatment” or else the house loan could not be completed as evidence of treatment was required. The entomologist also noted that I should have received a graph showing the location of the pest evidence, which I had to call Annihilators and specifically request. The entomologist noted that some pest companies make a lot of their money conducting “treatment” they say is recommended following an inspection for a home sale. Annihilators did offer to “work with me” on the price, but only after I had called to discuss the treatment. Given their questionable recommendation for treatment, their high initial quote for treatment, and their lack of the required graph, I can not recommend Annihilators.

We were in a hurry to have a house we were buying inspected. It was right before Thanksgiving but they fit us in. They even called me and sent us the results on Black Friday before collecting payment. Very trusting, personable company that I highly recommend.

Annihilators Inc sprayed where we requested and we have had no issues with spiders or any bugs in those areas! Will definitely use again!

They were professional. They were puntual.

They were great, prompt, and courteous! Our house is on the market, and I'd just planted new flower beds--they had to treat areas in those beds, and they replaced everything that was disturbed! It looks like it was never touched. They were thorough and knew what they were doing, we'd definitely recommend them!

We are on a yearly contract with them. The work is warrantied from the previous owner so that is why we continue to use them. I will use them again in the future.

They found termite tubes, but failed to note the extent of the damage. The sill plate is toasted and I can stick my finger through it. I would expect this to be in the report. It was visible and out in the open, not hidden.

I would have been happier if the report said there was damage. But it did say to contact a pro to determine the extent of the damage. So, I really can't complain.

They did come back out and show me where all the issues were. which was very nice and more then anyone can expect for a cheap inspection..

The service has been very good. We have used them for the past three years.

Their price was very good compared to two other companies that I called. Annihilators came at the time they promised, were prompt and professional. Would definitely use them again.

Have used Annihilators for more than 10 years. They are punctual and very thorough, responding when you need them and telling you what they are doing and why. They did termite inspections on a house we just bought, and coudn't have done a better job.

So far it looks pretty good. There are no termites. They were very responsive and punctual. I am moving out of this house and that is why I am getting this job done. I was out of town when they came to do the job but my wife had it done. I had received 3 quotes for the job; $900, $1200 and Annihilators came in at $750.

They were very friendly to work. The wasps were gone for for quick awhile, and now there just coming back because of nature, but this was a great company and they did an excellent.

I am pleased with the service and they do a great job. They are professional and the work is done correctly. The price is reasonable as well. I would recommend them to other people because they provide a great service.
