My experience was great. The rep was on time and was in and out. There was no selling features but he did inspect to make sure everything else was ok too. He also explained what needs to be done and showed me why. I love details. He price was very affordable.

A&A Plumbing (Carlos is the lone the proprietor) preiviously subcontracting on a job for our finished basement that including moving a basement rough-in and installing all of the plumbing for a toilet, sink and shower.  We were impressed then by his work ethic, honesty, demeanor and willingness to explain what he was doing every step of the way.  The same bathroom experienced a drain back up in the shower, a telltale sign that we had a clogged drain pipe.  We were concerned that the problem would worsen and made the decision to call a larger competitor (unnamed) who ensured they could have a contractor on site within three hours for $375 to diagnose and begin the job for the first hour and then $99 for every extra hour needed after that.  I sensed I could find a better price and preferred to deal with a familiar face, at which point I called Carlos to see if he was available.  Sure enough, he agreed to be out in about 90 minutes and informed me the price for a snake and camera job would cost about 10% less than the other major company.  Carlos arrived on time (with his son who was there to learn and assist), with shoe booties, wonderful manners and a smile.  They immediately went to work to diagnose the problem, and began snaking.  They completed the job in less than an hour and provided us with some preventative measures and a promise to come back out to follow up if needed. 
Carlos has become our go-to plumber - we'd highly recommend him to anyone in the Baltimore/Baltimore County area.
