I contacted Todd Stewarts office inquiring as to whether or not I had towing coverage. The office staff was very helpful and informative. They explained my emergency roadside coverage and gave me the 800 number to contact them. Upon calling the 24 hour emergency service number they asked several questions including whether or not I was in a safe place and if my car was safely off the road. They called a towing service directly for me and had my Vehicle towed to the garage of my choice with no out of pocket expense to myself. I have been a State Farm customer for over 22 years and have been with Todd Stewart for 16 years. I have had nothing but great experiences with them.
