Dennis came over late one evening but realized he didn’t have all the tools he needed. He immediately rearranged his team’s schedule so that someone would show up first thing in the morning. He was very concerned that I had little ones and no heat. His guys arrived at 8:30 in the morning and were done in less than an hour. They kept me inform tend the entire time, did great work and when they left my house was toasty warm!! Even better, the pr Very charged for their service did not break the bank! Well worth every penny.

I got a returned call in less than an hour and an appointment for that day. It was a Friday so I was very happy to be able to get someone to look at the unit. I called several other companies and was told I had to wait until the following week or I was told nothing because I'm still waiting for them to return my call. Denny at Mr. Comfort was absolutely wonderful! He figured out the problem within five minutes of looking at the unit. He immediately fixed the problem and had the AC running in no time. On top of that, he has a fantastic personality and was very professional. He even took the time to teach me a few things! All at an extremely fair price! I highly recommend Denny at Mr. Comfort. It was so refreshing to receive that kind of service!

What impressed me the most is that he didn't try to sell me a new unit. He offered an actual solution to help us get a bit more time out of this unit. The next day the condenser fan finally gave up the ghost and he came back that afternoon to replace. Only one day after I initially contacted him! He provided an estimate for a new unit at our request and the price is right. We will definitely use Mr. Comfort when the time finally comes to replace our unit.

The pipe was old and clogged. He changed the pipe and it has been working ever since.

Our HVAC fuse kept tripping when we starting up the unit for the first time this summer.  Couldn't figure out what was going on, so gave Denny a call.  He made an appointment for the next day--on a weekend nonetheless--and arrived right on time.  He diagnosed the problem and had the unit back up and running in no time.  All at a fair cost.  Highly recommended, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for future HVAC needs.

Mr comfort provided us with excellent service. He installed a unit on a Friday night because i was having a party and had to have heat. I would highly recommend him to anyone. This is our second time using them and both times we were extremely satisfied .

He arrived on time and fired the heater up and let run for awhile. Tested the air in and around the heater and sensed no CO2 presence. Result, no leak. Upon further discussion he volunteered to run a camera inside of the heat exchanger chamber and saw no cracks. He let the unit run for another 10+ minutes, giving us carbon monoxide sensor instructions for each floor. Denny was a great resource and did us good. We appreciated the 2nd opinion and will call him again.

This man was so friendly and helpful to my husband in our time of need.  I cannot thank him enough for being available late on a Friday night when no one else would help us.  We were afraid that he would charge us a huge amount for the emergency call, but he didn't.  We have been told that our AC needed replaced a few years ago, and when we asked about the potential cost for this to be done this year, he quoted a fee significantly less than what we were told by another company.  It is always worrisome when we hire someone to do a job that we know nothing about, since we have been overcharged in the past.  This is a man you can really trust.  What a blessing he was!  We will be calling him in the future and recommending him to all our friends.
